Examines complaints relating to corruption, maladministration and irregularities in Local Self-Government Institutions.
✓ Complaints can be submitted directly or by post.
✓ Form 'A' affixed with a ₹10 court fee stamp must be submitted.
2️⃣ Tribunal
Considers appeals and revision petitions against the decisions of Local Self-Government Institutions.
✓ The petition must be submitted within 30 days.

3️⃣ Chief Minister's Public Grievance Redressal System
Complaints can be submitted and their status can be checked through the CMO Portal.
4️⃣ Grievance Redressal System of the Minister for Local Self-Government & Excise Department
Department-related complaints can be submitted online.
✓ Each stage will be notified through SMS.
