  1. To develop the Grama Panchayat into a model village with inclusive and sustainable development that ensures a better quality of life for all citizens.
  2. To ensure complete sanitation and a healthy living environment.
  3. To develop an eco-friendly village that preserves greenery and ensures the sustainable availability of water resources.
  4. To build a poverty-free and inclusive society that ensures access to education, healthcare and employment opportunities for all.

🎯 Mission

The mission describes what the Panchayat is doing and how it functions to achieve its vision.

  1. Participatory Planning: Identify the needs of the people through Ward Sabhas and Grama Sabhas and prepare development plans with active public participation.
  2. Efficient Services: Provide Panchayat services to the public quickly through online systems, transparent administration and citizen-friendly service delivery.
  3. Infrastructure Development: Improve the quality of roads, drinking water facilities, electricity, public educational institutions and healthcare centres.
  4. Sustainable Livelihoods: Promote agriculture, small-scale industries and other local economic activities to ensure sustainable local economic growth.
  5. Youth Participation: Encourage and ensure the participation of the younger generation in sports and cultural activities.
  6. Citizen Empowerment: Enable all citizens to independently access and make use of Panchayat services, making public services more accessible, simple and transparent.
